This is a photo of Otis the canine art critic at the Otautau Gallery in Southland, New Zealand. Here he is admiring a colourful oil pastel by Pamela called "Colour is Life."
The appreciation of art and animals is a gift, I believe. Both have the ability to enhance and enrich our lives so that we thrive, rather than just survive. The love of both can become such a personal thing that we not only observe the subject but also become deeply connected with it. I know I could not live such a fulfilled life without the two "A's" in my life; what do you think?
